The
Andean Condor, at the moment is in danger extinction, starting from the
aggression that suffered from part of the new inhabitants from America
during five centuries. In
Venezuela´s
Andes this presence stop to exist in 1965
with the flight of the last condor. Today,
thanks to the effort generated from 1991 by the Conservation Program
of the Andean Condor that raises condors artificially in Buenos Aires Zoo, we can be witness of the condors that extinguished more than 30 years ago in that area.

| It is distributed in South America along the Mountain Range from Venezuela to Earth of the Fire and States, in Argentina. 160 ago their distribution reached the Atlantic Coast. Maybe, in other 160 years they spoken of a big great bird that inhabited the Mountain Range. | ![]() |

other coroner’s could not break. Their paws possess four fingers,
three big front fingers with blunt fingernails and little curved, a
